Love the training that comes with Boxing For Fitness. The workout that I've done at different boxing for fitness gyms and boxing for fitness trainers are great. All the instructors have been fantastic to work with and the gyms have friendly staff. I enjoy seeing new Boxing For Fitness gyms and trainers pop up around the country. Nice for when travelling too.
