We offer numerous boxing classes 6 days a week at MK Boxing. All classes are structured, and are led by very qualified experienced boxers. We are a coed contact gym for those that like to get in the ring for sparring rounds. All levels and ages are welcome at this gym. We focus on boxing combinations, heavy bag work, focus mitts, footwork, defense and offensive skills. We have a professional ring, numerous heavy bags, double end bags, ropes and other equipment to get you in the best shape of your life. Personal training is offered by appointment.
