At Athenas Fight Club our goal is to empower women and children and defeat the imaginary bullies in our mind. Our mind,body and soul classes begin with 15 minutes of motivational exercises followed by 15 minutes band training designed to alleviate body aches,stretch and sculpt your body. Ending with 30 minutes of punching water filled bags, designing to lose weight , eliminate stress and strengthen your core, while jamming to upbeat music as clips from Rocky appear on our giant screen television.
