We teach boxing for fitness. We will teach you all the basic boxing techniques and put them in an order to keep you fit, lose weight and learn real boxing. You do not have to compete in tournaments but we are a USA Boxing Club if you would like to compete. Our coaches are USA qualified. We teach male and female 8 years old to ?. I have boxers in their 60s. We charge $20.00 a month and sell all boxing equipment.
